Cold-Rolled Coil:
1. Stretch good, toughness, but the price is more expensive;
2. Cold rolling processing surface without oxide skin, good
quality;
3. Cold rolling is generally used in the production of strip, the
rolling speed is high;
4. Cold rolling than the thickness of the high precision.
Mechanical properties, surface and so on in the hot rolling;
5. Cold-rolled steel coil due to a certain degree of work
hardening, low toughness, but can achieve better yield ratio, used
for cold-formed spring and other parts;
6.Cold coil yield point closer to the tensile strength, so the use
of risk in the process of no predictability, when the load exceeds
the allowable load prone to accidents
7. The surface of the cold rolled steel coil without plating is
gray.
8.Cold rolled steel coil surface smoothness is higher than the hot
rolled steel coil.

Heat treatment:
It is annealed in the temperature range of 850-1050 ºC, then
annealed rapidly, and then cooled rapidly. 316 stainless steel can
not be hardened by heat treatment.
Welding:
316 stainless steel has good weldability. All standard welding
methods can be used for welding. According to the use, 316Cb, 316L
or 309Cb stainless steel filler rod or electrode can be used for
welding. In order to obtain the best corrosion resistance, the
welded section of 316 stainless steel needs to be annealed after
welding. If 316L stainless steel is used, post-weld annealing is
not required.
Inspection :
Factory supply inspection before shipment,sampling test( cut one
piece for you to test in our lab or some other lab like SGS TUV
which you trust )
you also could inspection of loading on the forwarder warehouse or
our Mill.
